Empowerment workers and make them have more possibility to express their idea, and negotiation with employer and government is the important activities of CFSWF. We organize them and help them to aware their right of association, right to organize union in their work place etc.
The unions are established follow to the principle of liberal democratic. After the establishment, CFSWF provide them with training to increase awareness of union right and role of union, and also provide training to strengthen capacity of new union leader to have more capacity to solve problem for workers and leading their union.
